Approved Advisors
Solution saddles are available to test ride with Approved Advisors, to hire on our rental service and to purchase on our easy terms payment plan.
All Approved Advisors own and ride in their own Solution saddles, which ensures that you only deal with experienced people who really understand the radically different concept of The Solution.

Home consultation visits
You can test ride any of our saddles on your own horse at your own home, at your convenience.
When you book a visit with a trained and Approved Advisor, you will receive:
• Advice on correct model and sizing
• Demonstrations on how to fit and balance the saddle to both you and your horse
• Opportunity to try a range of accessories
• Valuable back up with ongoing advice whenever you need it.
Please contact us to arrange a personal home visit at a mutually convenient time. A standard fee of £50 is charged for this service, but is refunded when you purchase your Solution saddle. Individual agents may charge an additional non-refundable travel expenses - please check directly with them at the time of booking.
Our Home Consultancy Service is also available for routine checks or if you would like help with fitting to different horses or riders. If you are experiencing any problems in fitting or using your Solution treeless saddle, there is always help and advice on hand. Please do not hesitate to contact your Approved Advisor as they have seen you and your horse, conducted an assessment and fitting and are in the best position to provide you with any ongoing support.
A standard fee of £50 is charged for home consultation visits, but is refunded when you purchase your Solution saddle. Individual agents may charge an additional non-refundable travel expenses - please check directly with them at the time of booking. We also offer a refit service for customers (£75 call out). All other visits, £100.
Rental service
You can rent a Solution saddle to try at home, allowing you to test it over as long a period as you wish, try a range of accessories and and experiment with it in different situations. Expert help is available by phone at any time to assist and guide
you during your trial or you can arrange a fitting review visit if required.
Saddles and accessories supplied for rental are either discounted used items in good condition or new items. All rental equipment is available for purchase and you may buy the items that you have been testing, or you may decide to order new items customised
to your own personal preferences.

Ordering
If you would like to place an order we can process this easily by phone, email or if you have had a test ride, through your Approved Advisor. We can organise all accessories, packaging and delivery for you.
Payment methods:
Cheque – Please make payable to Total Saddle Solutions Ltd.
Charge card – We accept most credit and debit cards.
Payment plan – There are three options available:
All require a £500 deposit. You can then choose to pay the outstanding balance either over:
- 3 months at 0%
- 6 months, 1% monthly interest
- 12 months, 1.5% monthly interest

There will be an administration charge of £50 on any cancelled orders. Postage charges will not be refunded.

Return/cancellation policy:
The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods if they have not been returned on or before the 7th day after delivery. The buyer shall not be entitled to return the goods in whole or in part after such date.
Except under warranty terms, no returns may be made without previous written consent of the seller and such goods must be returned in their original condition and suitably packaged at the buyers risk and expense. The seller reserves the right to charge a 25% return fee.
Used saddles showing normal wear and tear may be returned under our standard rental terms.
Delivery policy:
We aim to send items to customers immediately after order has been processed and payment confirmed. In the exception where the item is not in stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Please note: You will be advised if there is a delay in dispatching your order before payment is taken.
Rental Terms and Conditions
Deposit - The rental agreement requires a security deposit of £500. The rental rate is £50 per week or part thereof.
If you decide to buy, you will not be charged for the first 2 weeks of your rental period.
There is no limit to how long you may keep the saddle, but you will be required to renew the rental agreement after the first month, and thereafter, pay monthly rental in advance.
Outward postage and packing, which is non-refundable, will be charged at our current standard rate( Inland UK - £35, please ask for a quote for other areas). We will organise all accessories, packaging and delivery for you.
If for any reason you are unable to ride, you may call us (on 07738 711099) to request that your rental is terminated.
You will not be charged further rental from the date that we have been informed. You should return the saddle and equipment to us immediately – if we receive it within 48 hours you will not incur further rental charges. In exceptional cases (e.g. bad weather or illness), we may agree to suspend the rental (for up to a maximum of 7 days) and restart on an agreed date.
Additional saddles each require an additional deposit of £500, are charged at the same rates and are subject to the same terms and conditions.
All equipment remains the property of Total Saddle Solutions Ltd. (TSS) until paid for in full. TSS reserves the right to recall the saddle at any time.
Please use the rental equipment with care and return it in the condition you received it.
Any loss or damage is the responsibility of the user and repairs or refurbishment will be charged for.
Return postage is your responsibility and should be arranged via a guaranteed delivery for your own security.
We can arrange collection for your at our standard rate, or alternatively, it can be sent via Post Office Special Delivery, (which is a next day, signature required, insured service with a tracking number).
When returning the equipment please ensure that it is suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Loss or damage to the saddle will be charged. Any refurbishment work will be charged at our current rates (minimum £25 / hr. plus materials)
Accepting reasonable wear & tear, all equipment should be returned in the same condition in which it arrived at your premises.
You are responsible for returning the equipment clean and in good condition.
A £25 cleaning charge will be made unless all items are returned dry, clean, and free of any hair or dirt.
Refunds
If you return the equipment, all deductions will be made from your deposit before refunding the balance to you.
Refunds will only be made after a full quality control inspection.
NB - Please allow up to 28 days for your returned goods and refund to be processed.

No insurance, warranty or guarantee is included in the rental terms. Riding can be a dangerous activity and neither TSS Ltd nor any of its employees or agents accepts any liability should any of its products be involved in any accidents or any cases of either horse or rider or any third party being damaged or injured. |
