Trying & ordering a Solution saddle

The Solution saddles can be seen, tried and ordered through our network of Advisors or directly from the sales office.

The Process

When you try a Solution saddle you will receive advice on correct sizing, demonstrations on how to fit and balance the saddle to any horse and rider and valuable back up with ongoing advice whenever you need it.

All Advisors own and ride in their own Solution saddles, which ensures that you only deal with people who really understand the radically different concept of The Solution.

Home consultations

Please contact us to arrange a personal home visit at a mutually convenient time. A standard fee of £50 is charged for this service, but is refunded when you purchase your Solution saddle. Individual agents may charge an additional non-refundable travel expenses - please check directly with them at the time of booking.

Some people like to get a small group together to give friends and other riders in their area the opportunity to see this radical new concept in action. This has proved to be very useful, and particularly fascinating where those on the ground may already be familiar with a particular horse’s way of going or problems and can make comparisons – the results are often dramatic.

We also offer a refit service for customers (£75.00 call out). All other visits, £100.00.

Home rental

You can rent a Solution Saddle to try at home, allowing you to test it over as long a period as you wish, and experiment with it in different situations.

Expert help is available by phone at any time to assist and guide you during your trial or you can arrange a fitting review visit if required.
Saddles and accessories supplied for rental are either discounted used items in good condition or new items.
All rental equipment is available for purchase and you may buy the items that you have been testing, or you may decide to order new items customised to your own personal preferences.

Terms and Conditions
The rental agreement requires a security deposit of £500. The rental rate is £50 per week or part thereof.
Outward postage and packing, which is non-refundable, will be charged at our current standard rate of £35. We will organise all accessories, packaging and delivery for you.
If you decide to buy, you will not be charged for the first 2 weeks of your rental period.
There is no limit to how long you may keep the saddle, but you will be required to renew the rental agreement after the first month, and thereafter, pay monthly rental in advance.
The saddle remains the property of Total Saddle Solutions Ltd. (TSS) until paid for in full. TSS reserves the right to recall the saddle at any time.

Please use the rental equipment with care and return it in the condition you received it.
Any loss or damage is the responsibility of the user and repairs or refurbishment will be charged for.

Returning goods
You are responsible for returning the saddle clean and in good condition.
When returning the saddle & accessories please ensure that they are suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Accepting reasonable wear & tear they should all be returned in the same condition in which they arrived at your premises.

Return postage should be arranged via a guaranteed delivery for your own security. It is recommended that the saddle is sent via Post Office Special Delivery, which is a next day, signature required, insured service with a tracking number. 

All items should be dry and clean, free of any hair or dirt before returning or a £25 cleaning charge will be made.
Loss or damage to the saddle will be charged. Any refurbishment work will be charged at our current rates (minimum £25 / hr. plus materials)
If you return the equipment, all deductions will be made from your deposit before refunding the balance to you.
Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will only be made after a full quality control inspection.

Disclaimer
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure all items are suitable and appropriate for their horse and their activity.
No insurance, warranty or guarantee is included.
Riding can be a dangerous activity and neither TSS Ltd nor any of its employees or agents accepts any liability should any of its products be involved in any accidents or any cases of either horse or rider or any third party being damaged or injured.

Ordering

If you would like to place an order we can process this easily by phone, email or if you have had a test ride, through your Approved Advisor.

All saddles carry a full one-year warranty.

Payment methods

Cheque – Please make payable to Total Saddle Solutions Ltd.
Charge card – We accept most credit and debit cards.
Payment plan – There are three options available:
All require a £500 deposit. You can then choose to pay the outstanding balance either over:
- 3 months at 0%
- 6 months, 1% monthly interest
- 12 months, 1.5% monthly interest

There will be an administration charge of £50 on any cancelled orders. Postage charges will not be refunded.

Return/cancellation policy:
The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods if they have not been returned on or before the 7th day after delivery. The buyer shall not be entitled to return the goods in whole or in part after such date.
Except under warranty terms, no returns may be made without previous written consent of the seller and such goods must be returned in their original condition and suitably packaged at the buyers risk and expense. The seller reserves the right to charge a 25% return fee.
Used saddles showing normal wear and tear may be returned under our standard rental terms.

Delivery policy:
We aim to send items to customers immediately after order has been processed and payment confirmed. In the exception where the item is not in stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Please note: You will be advised if there is a delay in dispatching your order before payment is taken.
